AMA (AmaBTCCommunity) — Member Privacy Protection Policy

1Information We Collect

AMA ("the Company") collects and uses the following personal information for member registration, service operation, and payment processing.

1.1 At Sign-up (required)

  • Email address, nickname, password (stored as one-way hash)
  • Profile image (optional)
  • Sign-up timestamp, sign-up path (direct / referral code)

1.2 Social Login (Google, etc.)

  • Email, name, profile picture, unique identifier provided by the platform
  • We do not collect authentication credentials such as passwords.

1.3 At Paid Service Purchase

  • USDT deposit transaction ID and wallet address
  • Product name, payment amount, payment timestamp
  • Bitget UID (when claiming the Futures Master AI reward via referral)

1.4 Automatically Collected During Use

  • IP address, access timestamp, browser and OS info, device identifier
  • Usage records: paper trades, AIM analysis requests, community posts and comments, trading journal
  • Cookies and session tokens
Important: AMA is a paper-trading platform. We do not collect real financial credentials, identity verification, bank account information, or credit card information. All trades are simulated using virtual seed money.

3Retention and Use Period

The Company destroys personal information without delay upon withdrawal or fulfilment of the collection purpose. However, the following data is retained as required by applicable law.

  • Member information: Until withdrawal (destroyed within 30 days after withdrawal)
  • Fraud records: 1 year from detection of abuse
  • Payment / contract records: 5 years (per the E-commerce Act of Korea)
  • Consumer complaint records: 3 years (per the E-commerce Act)
  • Access logs: 3 months (per the Protection of Communications Secrets Act)

4Sharing with Third Parties

The Company does not provide users' personal information to third parties as a rule. Exceptions apply only:

  • With the user's prior consent
  • When required by law (e.g., a valid request from a law enforcement agency)
  • For statistics or academic research in a form that cannot identify individuals

5Outsourcing of Processing

The Company may outsource limited tasks to the following processors.

6User Rights and Exercise

Users may exercise the following rights at any time.

  • Access: View personal information directly from My Page
  • Correction: Edit directly from My Page, or request via email
  • Deletion / Halt of Processing: Withdrawal or email to amacompanyup@gmail.com
  • Withdrawal of Consent: Marketing opt-outs available from My Page

The Company will act on such requests without delay (within 10 days at the latest) after identity verification.

7Cookies and Automated Collection

The Company uses cookies to provide user convenience and personalized service.

  • Purpose: Keep login state, language preference, dark/light theme, usage pattern analysis
  • How to refuse: Browser settings → Privacy → Block cookies (some service features may be limited)

8Security Measures

  • One-way password hashing (bcrypt / Argon2)
  • End-to-end HTTPS (TLS 1.2 or higher)
  • Admin access separation with login audit logs
  • Minimum DB access privileges and regular backups
  • Web Application Firewall (Cloudflare WAF)
  • Minimized personnel handling personal information, with periodic training

9Advertising and Analytics (Third-Party Cookies)

The Company may use the following third-party tools for service operation and advertising.

  • Google AdSense / Google Ads: Personalized advertising. Users may opt out at Google Ads Settings.
  • Google Analytics: Anonymized visitor statistics. Opt-out add-on available.
  • Cloudflare Analytics: Traffic pattern analysis (no PII).
  • Third-party vendor cookies: Third-party advertising vendors, including Google, may use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this and other websites. Users may opt out of such personalized advertising at www.aboutads.info/choices.

10Children's Privacy

AMA does not allow member registration of children under 14 years of age and does not knowingly collect personal information from such children. If we discover that such data has been collected, we will destroy it without delay.

12Policy Changes

This policy may be revised due to changes in law, policy, or service content. Material changes will be announced at least 7 days before the effective date (30 days in case of changes that disadvantage users) via notice or email.
